BankTexas announces the promotion of Lori Kindle, CPA, to Vice President & Controller
Joined BankTexas in 2004; Now responsible for all aspects of the Bank's financial accounting

Troy M. Robinson, President & CEO, announced today that Lori Kindle, CPA, has been promoted to Vice President & Controller of BankTexas.  "Lori has been a key member of our team since 2004, and is a natural fit for this new level of responsibility," Mr. Robinson said. 

As Controller, Ms. Kindle will oversee all aspects of the Bank’s financial accounting, manage the Bank’s compliance with federal banking regulations.  She will report directly to the President & CEO.  Her promotion took effect earlier this month.
 
Ms. Kindle joined BankTexas in 2004 as an accountant, and became an Assistant Vice President in 2007.  Prior to joining BankTexas, Ms. Kindle worked as an accountant for the firm of Larry Coventry, CFP, CPA.  She is a graduate of the University of Texas at Tyler, where she received a BBA in Accounting.  Ms. Kindle is involved in the Quitman 4-H Club and Wood County 4-H VLAT.
